We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join the Credit Rating Assessment Programme. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of defining and executing testing strategies for large-scale programmes involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders within a regulated environment. Experience in banking, credit risk, or rating model implementations is highly desirable.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in setting up and executing testing strategies within large-scale programmes involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.

• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

• Experience with risk-based testing and coordinating testing across complex systems and business processes.

• Experience with end-to-end testing, technical testing, and business acceptance testing.

• Experience in credit risk programmes or rating model implementations is highly desirable.

Profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business users, Product Owners, and senior management.

• Able to understand business processes and translate functional requirements into appropriate testing approaches.

• Structured and organised, with the ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams.

• Proactive in monitoring progress, identifying testing needs, and ensuring that deliverables are completed.

• Comfortable steering overarching testing activities while supporting and aligning individual delivery teams.
