ABOUT YOU

As a Business Analyst, you will support regulatory change initiatives within the banking sector, focusing on data, reporting, and regulatory requirements related to the Definition of Default. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyse data, define clear requirements, and ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes in an Agile environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Analyse data and define clear, complete business requirements for Definition of Default topics within agreed sprint timelines.
• Identify, investigate, and follow up on data quality issues against regulatory and business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear tasks and deliverables for Developers and Engineers.
• Support improvements to reporting and data processes in line with regulatory expectations and agreed planning.
• Perform SQL analyses and data validations while managing multiple topics and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Experience with regulatory change projects, preferably within credit risk and the banking sector.
• Strong experience in data management, data analysis, and data quality.
• Good command of SQL and experience performing data validations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions and translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a hands-on, structured, and self-motivated approach.
