Business Developer – (Regulatory Credit Risk)

As a Business Developer, you support regulatory change by translating business and regulatory requirements into clear deliverables for IT and Data teams. The program focuses on implementing EBA regulations related to the Definition of Default, ensuring correct and compliant risk classification for failures of financial obligations at exposure level.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory requirements

• Define clear business requirements within sprint timelines

• Perform SQL-based data analysis & validation

• Identify and follow up on data quality issues

• Translate requirements into workload for Developers

• Collaborate closely with IT and Business stakeholders

Profile

• Experience with regulatory change (credit risk mandatory)

• Banking experience required

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience in data management & analytics

• Agile environment experience

• Structured, hands-on, self-driven

• Strong English (Dutch likely required)
