SAP SuccessFactors HR Business Analyst | Position Management Implementation | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank is looking for an HR Business Analyst / Business Developer to join its HR IT team and shape the employee experience through SAP SuccessFactors. You will work across Learning, Succession and Performance Management, with a key focus in the coming period on implementing Position Management. It is a role for someone who understands HR processes from the inside and enjoys turning stakeholder needs into practical system solutions.

About the role

You will be the link between HR colleagues, SaaS suppliers and IT partners, gathering requirements and improving existing HR processes within SuccessFactors. Alongside project work on Position Management, you will support day-to-day run activities and help manage IT changes within the HR department. The role is full-time (36 hours) from 1 January 2027, with a gradual buildup in the remainder of 2026 possible and preferred. Hybrid working applies.

You will:

• Gather and document requirements for new SuccessFactors functionality and align them with IT partners
• Analyse and refine HR processes together with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers
• Support change risk assessments and play an active role in managing IT changes
• Assist with daily run operations, including handling questions from employees

About you

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer in the HR domain
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Position Management, Succession, Performance or Learning is a plus)
• Proven requirements gathering experience and a strong understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes
• Fluent in Dutch and English
