Product Manager – Software Delivery Platform

About the Role

At Levy Global, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Software Delivery Platform to join one of our leading clients in the financial services sector.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of enterprise software delivery, working on large-scale developer platforms that enable engineers to build, deploy and operate software securely and efficiently.

You will take ownership of the strategy, roadmap and adoption of two critical platform capabilities: Pipeline Compliance and Managed CI/CD Services.

Working at the intersection of Product Management, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience and Security, you will help create a seamless software delivery environment where compliance and security are embedded into the development lifecycle.

Your goal will be to improve developer productivity, streamline software delivery and ensure secure, compliant engineering practices across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise software delivery platforms.

• Own the development and evolution of Pipeline Compliance and Managed CI/CD capabilities.

• Manage product priorities, backlog and roadmap execution across multiple platform initiatives.

• Drive the adoption of secure-by-design CI/CD solutions across engineering teams.

• Improve developer experience, automation, engineering productivity and time-to-value.

• Ensure software delivery pipelines comply with enterprise security, risk and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, risk and senior leadership stakeholders.

• Manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and technology platforms.

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to adoption, developer satisfaction, compliance and delivery efficiency.

• Work closely with technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Champion continuous improvement, product discovery and customer-centric platform development.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience within complex Agile/Scrum environments.

• HBO/WO level of thinking and working or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering and Developer Experience.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins or similar platforms.

• Good understanding of YAML pipelines, permissions management and software delivery automation.

• Experience managing enterprise technology products and complex cross-team dependencies.

• Strong understanding of secure-by-design software delivery and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and translate business needs into technical priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decision-making.

• Experience with product discovery, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise developer platforms or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).

• Knowledge of platform governance, pipeline compliance and software delivery security.

• Experience working in highly regulated environments such as banking or financial services.

• Understanding of cloud-native development, microservices and enterprise application architectures.

• Experience driving platform adoption across large engineering organisations.
