Senior Delivery Coordinator | Lead Cross-Team Regulatory Data Delivery | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank is looking for a senior delivery coordinator to steer the STAR Loan Tape virtual team within its strategic data and regulatory roadmap. You will bring structure and transparency to an end-to-end delivery chain spanning business, data and IT teams, keeping requirements, dependencies and milestones on track. It is a high-visibility assignment where independence and stakeholder skills make the difference.

About the role

This is not a line management role. You will achieve a defined delivery objective by coordinating the parties who contribute to the loan tape deliverables, using the same governance structure as the bank’s other virtual teams. You will work in a hybrid setup at the bank’s Amsterdam office.

You will:

• Build and agree an integrated delivery plan covering requirements, dependencies, milestones and ownership
• Maintain a structured overview of open issues, risks, dependencies and required decisions
• Prioritise activities in line with the agreed roadmap milestones
• Coordinate cross-team impediments and escalate where needed

About you

• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Senior experience in complex data, regulatory or transformation programmes
• Strong programme coordination and dependency management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, data and IT
