Product Manager – Quality Engineering

About the Role

At Levy Global, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Quality Engineering to join one of our leading clients in the financial services sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of enterprise-wide Quality Engineering capabilities, driving innovation, engineering excellence and continuous improvement within a large-scale, highly regulated technology environment.

You will define and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for Quality Engineering capabilities, working closely with engineering, product, architecture and senior leadership stakeholders.

Your focus will be on improving engineering productivity, software quality, reliability and compliance while driving the adoption of modern testing and quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise Quality Engineering capabilities.

• Drive improvements across Performance Engineering, Contract Testing, API Testing and Quality Governance.

• Establish measurable KPIs, adoption targets and capability maturity frameworks.

• Improve performance testing, reliability, scalability, observability and early risk detection.

• Promote automated testing, integration testing, traceability and consistent engineering standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security and product stakeholders to align priorities.

• Manage Quality Engineering capabilities throughout their lifecycle, focusing on measurable business value.

• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation and AI-enabled engineering solutions.

• Support the adoption of modern Quality Engineering methodologies and best practices.

• Influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change across multiple engineering functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Leadership or Quality Engineering.

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology capabilities, product roadmaps and adoption strategies.

• Strong understanding of Performance Engineering, Reliability Engineering and Quality Governance.

• Knowledge of contract testing, API testing, integration testing, test automation and observability.

• Experience working within complex enterprise technology environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

• Ability to translate technical challenges into strategic business outcomes.

• Experience defining KPIs, measuring adoption and driving continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience with JMeter, Grafana, LoadRunner, OpenTelemetry, SmartBear PactFlow, Kong or Azure Test Plans.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled developer tooling and automation.

• Experience driving enterprise-wide engineering transformation initiatives.

• Previous experience within banking, financial services or other regulated industries.
