Security Culture & Awareness Specialist | Shape How People Respond to AI-Enabled Cyber Threats | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank is looking for a hands-on Security Culture & Client Expert to join its Security Culture and Transformation team within CISO. With AI making cyber threats more convincing than ever, you will design and deliver behaviour-change interventions for managers, client-facing teams and customers, run the bank’s security event programme and lead Cybersecurity Month October 2027 from start to finish.

About the role

This is a one-year assignment where you combine cybersecurity knowledge with behavioural insight and turn research into practical, engaging interventions. Part of your work supports AI-related risk and culture interventions linked to ECB requirements, and you will be directly involved in execution, not only design. You will be based in Amstelveen, with Tuesday and Thursday as office days and the rest of the week from home. Video-editing skills are a plus, and professional equipment is available.

You will:

• Research security culture needs across management, client-facing teams and customer environments and translate findings into interventions that support verification, quick reporting and positive role modelling
• Own the Team Security Moments concept, reviewing and promoting existing sessions and creating new ones
• Coordinate the cybersecurity event programme and lead the end-to-end delivery of Cybersecurity Month October 2027
• Engage senior management and employees across IT and business to make secure behaviour practical and psychologically safe

About you

• Experience in security awareness, education or culture, behavioural change, organisational psychology or L&D
• Proven project management experience from concept through delivery and evaluation
• Strong research, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
