Due to the increasing demand for our services, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our London office. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier IT talent to clients, ensuring successful placements that meet client needs and candidate career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases, to identify potential IT candidates.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Candidate Screening:

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
• Verify candidate qualifications, references, and credentials.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and manage communication between clients and candidates.

Candidate Preparation:

• Provide guidance and coaching to candidates to help them succeed in interviews.

Offer and Onboarding:

• Assist in negotiating offers and managing the offer-acceptance process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for candidates placed in IT positions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
