Originally from the Dominican Republic, Arismendy has lived in five countries and is fluent in four languages: Spanish, English, French, and German. We’re thrilled to have Arismendy on board as we continue to expand our presence in Belgium!

Arismendy brings a wealth of experience and a unique global perspective, making him an excellent communicator across diverse markets. Outside of work, he stays active by playing squash, jogging, and showing off his Salsa dancing moves. With his international background and energetic attitude, Arismendy is a great fit for the Levy team!
Previous Experience
Before joining Levy Professionals, Arismendy spent over 5 years leading IT recruitment teams, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and mentoring junior recruiters. His extensive background in recruitment gives him a deep understanding of the industry and the needs of both clients and candidates.
What He’s Doing Now
In his role as a Business Developer at Levy, Arismendy focuses on client acquisition and managing the complete recruitment cycle for IT professionals, particularly in consultancy and freelance positions. His contributions will be key in expanding Levy’s portfolio and ensuring the successful placement of top-tier IT talent with our clients in Belgium.
