With nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry across Belgium and international markets, Laura is passionate about connecting top IT talent with incredible opportunities. She’s at the forefront of designing, creating, and developing our IT staffing solutions—from consultancy to freelance and permanent placements. Her vision is shaping the future of Levy Belgium, and her motto is clear: in a digital era, it’s people who make the difference.
What Drives Her
Laura’s passion for international mobility and problem-solving shines through in everything she does. She’s all about creating solutions where “no” isn’t an option, fostering a team environment that prioritizes working smarter, not harder. Her leadership empowers her team, consultants, and clients to achieve the impossible together.
Beyond Work
When she’s not driving our business forward, Laura is juggling a busy household with three kids, two dogs, and a cat in the scenic countryside of southern Belgium. An active lifestyle helps her find balance, as she enjoys running, CrossFit, and yoga. Committed to lifelong learning, she is also pursuing leadership training and an MBA. With her Italian roots, Laura brings passion and enthusiasm to everything she does—often using her hands to communicate with energy and flair!
