Then look no further, because Levy Search (a division of Levy Global) is currently looking for a driven and ambitious Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our new Belgian team.
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients for Levy in Belgium. The role involves sales, recruitment, new business, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will be setting meetings and building relations for the permanent recruitment needs. You will strategically engage with hiring managers and make sure you know what the client’s needs are. You will make the necessary transitions to ensure that you create the ultimate match. You will analyse the client, get to know the culture, and learn what the values are. In addition, you will engage in cold acquisition to bring in new projects. Finally, you will focus on building good relationships with both new and potential clients. You will provide solutions to support the client with exceptionally skilled and international professionals and deliver them successfully.
In addition, you will deal with the full recruitment cycle. Now that you know the client inside and out, you will invest much of your time in hunting and screening the right candidates. The emphasis within this role is on the permanent placement of IT Professionals. It is therefore important that you build solid and market-related Talent Pools of IT candidates and convert them to success. You will gain a deep understanding of your client’s problems and become an expert in the solutions you can offer them.
Who are we searching for?
- You are based in Brussels, in proximity to Brussels, or open to relocating there.
- You are in possession of a Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s degree (Commercial Economy, Business Management and Administration, Communications etc.)
- You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Fluency in Dutch isn’t mandatory but a plus!
- You have 3-5 of relevant experience in professional services preferably with 360 recruitment of candidates to permanent roles or sales in a highly commercial environment.
- You have experience in the Belgium or Benelux market.
- You have an affinity with at least one of the following fields; IT, Data, Fintech, Finance, Risk, Medical, Life Sciences and/or HR.
- You have experience with ATS software and other recruitment tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You are solution-oriented with a flexible, entrepreneurial attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- You are a sales-driven, successful networker with a proactive, adaptable approach, eager for learning and personal growth.
- You have the ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and professional.
