This role primarily focuses on candidate sourcing, database management, and administrative tasks to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry forums, to identify potential IT candidates.
  • Research and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates with relevant IT skills.

Candidate Screening:

  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ basic qualifications and interest.
  • Assess candidate interest, availability, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the recruitment team for further assessment.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles.
  • Categorize and tag candidates based on skills, experience, and preferences to facilitate quick retrieval.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and IT skills in demand to better understand candidate profiles.
  • Share market insights with the recruitment team to enhance the sourcing strategy.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not immediately placed.
  • Continuously engage with candidates to build trust and rapport for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working within IT recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
