As an Account Manager at Levy, you are responsible for the relationship with one of our main clients in the field of temporary recruitment and secondment of specialists in the Finance and Technology market. Your focus will be managing the account by creating sales in the existing business. On a daily basis, you will contribute to the growth of Levy with this client by maintaining and developing the existing relationships. In addition, you will actively look for and create new opportunities to grow your own portfolio of professionals within the account by attracting new strategic contacts. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in the recruitment process, and you will work closely with our Delivery Team to build a solid and market-related network of IT candidates for our client.

As part of our Account Management team, you will contribute by bringing one of the major accounts to a mature level of sales by expanding contacts and fulfilling the needs of the business. You will build new contacts & departments while providing solutions to support our clients with exceptionally skilled and mainly international professionals to participate in and successfully deliver IT projects. You will gain a deep understanding of your client’s challenges and become an expert in the solutions you can offer them. You will also consistently and accurately keep records in our CRM and client systems and ensure that all communications are recorded effectively. Your responsibilities include preparing annual and quarterly plans, giving presentations, administrative processes, and managing current and new contracts. Last but not least, there is always room to work on further ideas for this client or for our own organization.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are in possession of a Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s degree (Commercial Economy, Business Management and Administration, Communications etc.).
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch (fluent proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for this role!).
  • You have experience in business services, preferably with secondment, recruitment, sales or account management.
  • You have at least 1-2 years of account management experience in a commercial environment.
  • You have some affinity with IT and Fintech.
  • You are solution-oriented and have a flexible and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • You are a demonstrably successful and reliable networker with a business development approach.
  • You are a social, driven, proactive, and hardworking person with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and professional.
  • You are eager for learning, developing, and personal growth.
