You will be working closely with the sales team, your duties will be to respond quickly and efficiently to client requirements with the CVs of well-skilled and appropriately experienced technical candidates. You will source candidates using a variety of methods and qualify them over the phone to assess their suitability. You will be given full training and support to ensure that you progress within the company and you will have the opportunity to find candidates for globally recognized clients that we have worked with for more than 20 years.
Who are we looking for?
- You are in possession of a Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s degree.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent proficiency in Dutch is a plus!)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, secondment, or sales, involving tasks such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Experience with ATS software and other recruitment tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You are solution-oriented and have a flexible and entrepreneurial attitude.
- You are a demonstrably successful and reliable networker with a business development approach.
- You are a social, driven, proactive, and hardworking person with strong interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and professional.
- You are eager for learning, developing, and personal growth.
- Affinity to IT, Fintech and Financial Services or willingness to learn and work experience in a commercial environment is a plus.
