Levy Search is looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially savvy and people-first leader to take charge of our Permanent Solutions division. As the Head of Levy Search, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of 360 Recruitment Consultants, drive strategic client partnerships, and help expand our international presence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction and success of our Search division, working with fast-scaling companies across IT, Data, FinTech, and more. You’ll be both a team manager and a commercial driver, someone who leads by example in business development, client success, and talent attraction. You’ll also have the chance to build and shape your own high-performing team from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

As Head of Levy Search, your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute short to mid-term strategies for Levy Search’s growth both locally and internationally
• Build and manage a best-in-class team of 360 Recruitment Consultants
• Drive team performance, coaching junior consultants and leading by example
• Identify growth opportunities in niche markets such as Financial Services, eCommerce, FinTech, Scale-ups, and MedTech

Business Development & Client Strategy

• Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build lasting partnerships
• Lead by example in cold acquisition, client onboarding, and relationship management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and translate hiring needs into effective recruitment strategies
• Represent Levy Search in high-level client meetings and industry events

Talent & Delivery Oversight

• Ensure high-quality delivery of permanent recruitment services across the team
• Guide consultants in building strong talent pipelines of international IT professionals
• Promote a consultative approach to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and continuously improve delivery workflows

Who are you?

You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and knows how to turn ideas into action. You’re a commercial thinker, natural coach, and inspirational leader.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial recruitment agency (perm, 360 or search & selection)
• At least 1-2 years of team leadership or mentorship experience
• A strong business development mindset and proven track record of building client portfolios
• Deep understanding of recruitment within tech-driven markets (IT, FinTech, Data, or similar)
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent working experience)
• Fluent English and Dutch levels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• An international mindset and a genuine passion for people, growth, and performance
