As a Business Developer, you will develop both our existing and new clients while creating new opportunities for growth. You will grow the business by attracting new strategic clients and looking for the ideal win-win. As part of our Business Development team, you will contribute to exploring and developing accounts in one specific market, for example, Retail, Online, Pharma, Finance, Technology, Telecom etc. You will primarily focus on building new businesses and providing solutions to support our clients with exceptionally skilled and international professionals to participate in and successfully deliver IT projects.
It is important that you also work closely with our Delivery Team to build and generate a solid and market-related pipeline of IT candidates for our corporate clients. You will gain a deep understanding of your client’s problems and become an expert in the solutions you can offer them. You will also consistently keep accurate records on Bullhorn, our internal CRM, and ensure that all communications are captured effectively.
Who are we searching for?
- You are in possession of a Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s degree (Commercial Economy, Business Management and Administration, Communications etc.)
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch (fluent proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for this role!)
- You have at least 1-2 or longer years of experience in business services, preferably with secondment, sales, account management or recruitment of IT professionals in a commercial environment.
- You have some affinity with IT, data, Fintech and/or finance.
- You are solution-oriented and have a flexible and entrepreneurial attitude.
- You are a demonstrably successful and reliable networker with a business development approach.
- You are a social, driven, proactive, and hardworking person with strong interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and professional.
- You are eager for learning, developing, and personal growth.
